Before requesting a time
Start with the hotel name, number of guests, preferred massage length and date. Ask the property about visitor access or any restrictions relevant to an in-room service. You do not need to enter a room number into the website form.
Plan the arrival
Tell Irish about valet, parking, entry restrictions or a required meeting point. Some properties need a guest to assist with access or meet the therapist at an approved location. Traffic, unloading, security and elevators are considered before a time is confirmed.
Make space for the setup
A clean, safe area needs room for the massage table and comfortable movement around it. Two therapists working side-by-side need room for two tables. If you are unsure about your room layout, discuss it with Irish before confirming.
Know what is included
Irish brings the table, clean linens, products, towels, music and standard supplies. Signature includes one complimentary enhancement per guest. Options may include aromatherapy, hot towels, scalp massage, a mini foot scrub or hot stones; agree on your choice directly.
Agree on price and timing
Standard hotel Signature rates are $185 for 60 minutes and $220 for 90 minutes. Ask for the total for couples, Elevated, VIP or Custom arrangements. Parking, valet or special access fees may apply. Setup and breakdown do not reduce paid massage time.
Wait for personal confirmation
Submitting a request does not reserve the appointment. Irish confirms the service, therapist availability, total and any required deposit. Same-day visits may be available, but larger setups and extra therapists can require more notice.
